Wolverhampton Wanderers-owned Kortney Hause bagged his first goal on loan at Aston Villa.

Morgan Gibbs-White has taken to Twitter to express his delight for Wolves teammate Kortney Hause after the defender bagged his first goal for Aston Villa in their Championship win on Wednesday night.
Hause got onto the end of a free-kick that flew across the six-yard box in the 61st minute at the City Ground to help round off a 3-1 win for Dean Smith’s men against fellow play-off contenders Nottingham Forest.
It was a hugely significant win for Villa. They have now taken nine points from their last three fixtures and now sit just two points off the play-off places in the Championship with nine games remaining.
And with Martin O’Neill’s men also holding out their own hopes of making the top six before the campaign concludes, the victory was a real statement from the Villans.

For Hause, it was another performance that arguably highlighted why Villa should take up the permanent option that was agreed when he joined on loan from Wolves during the January transfer window (via club’s official website).
After a tricky start, Hause has silenced a lot of his doubters and has established himself as the stalwart that many at Molineux would have expected him to be with his parent club just a couple of years ago.
