Kortney Hause joined Aston Villa on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window.

Wolverhampton Wanderers-owned Aston Villa central defender Kortney Hause has taken to Twitter to express his excitement at the upcoming match against Stoke City.

Villa will take on Stoke away from home at the bet365 Stadium in the Championship this afternoon.

Hause, who joined Villa on loan from Premier League club Wolves in the January transfer window, could feature for Dean Smith’s side today, and he has sent a rallying call on Twitter ahead of the game.

Wolves midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, 19, has responded to the 23-year-old central defender’s message on Twitter.

Bouncing back

Villa are in a poor run of form at the moment and are struggling to stay in the race for the Championship playoffs this season.

The Villans will head into this afternoon’s match against Stoke on the back of a 2-0 defeat to West Bromwich Albion at Villa Park in the Championship.

Villa are 10th in the Championship table at the moment with 44 points from 33 matches.
