Alex Levack, the agent of Arsenal player Ben White, told the Transfer Show on Sky Sports (04/08/21 at 7:45 pm) that there are ‘more twists and turns to come’ involving Tottenham striker, Harry Kane.
The Tottenham hitman was due to start pre-season training on Monday – but hasn’t turned up, with rumours suggesting that he wants a move to Manchester City.
Alongside Jack Grealish’s impending move to the Etihad, the Kane saga has been one of the talking points of the window, which perhaps puts White’s big-money move to Arsenal on the back foot.
Either way, this is what White’s agent has to say about the drama unfolding at Spurs, as their star man bids to move away.
“It’s really hard to comment because I am not fully versed with all of the information of what has been said or what people have been told,” said Levack.
“The only thing I can compare it to is Ben. When Ben was signing his Brighton deal this time last year.
“Tony Bloom always said ‘if a top-six come in and meet the valuation he has then he won’t stand in his way’.
“In all fairness, Tony was true to his word. I think the Harry Kane saga has a few more twists and turns to come. But I am sure it will all play out.”

Kane might still be absent from Tottenham training, but he has to turn up at some stage and get back to work.
It’s not helpful for the club’s new manager, Nuno Espirito Santo, who has walked into a mess.
This isn’t something that has started when he was appointed, but something that has been bubbling away for some while now.
And regardless of what Kane thinks, not many have got the better of Daniel Levy before and it’s going to be pretty tough to get him to blink in a way that he doesn’t want to.
