The fixture list is smiling on Leeds United right now.

Leeds United’s injury hit squad got a dose of good luck at the weekend when they took on Bolton Wanderers at home.
Struggling Bolton were no pushovers, but that was in part due to a nervous Leeds performance.
Leeds are far from their best at present, missing top scorer Kemar Roofe, summer signing Barry Douglas, and still trying to work out how to fill the Samu Saiz role effectively.
So it helped that they were able to take on an opponent who did not require an elite performance for Leeds to get the three points. The Whites simply had to do just enough to get by, and they did.
Now they visit a QPR team in midweek on a terrible run of form.
QPR now have lost seven games in a row in the Championship, the latest being a 2-0 loss to Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Steve McClaren’s side are under pressure, and this will help Leeds as the Whites look to win their game in hand and move back into the automatic promotion spots.

QPR’s early January FA Cup win over a weakened Leeds side will count for little on Tuesday night.
Leeds visit a team low on confidence, and a frustrated Loftus Road crowd.
Timing is everything, and Leeds are catching a lucky break to be facing QPR at the right time.
This can work in Bielsa’s side’s favour as they look to clinch another important three points.
If Leeds could choose to play anybody right now, it would be a team who has lost seven games in a row.
