Jose Enrique has said on Instagram that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp should not include Ibrahima Konate in the starting lineup against Leicester City at Anfield in the Premier League on Friday evening.
Liverpool will take on Leicester at home in the league this evening.
France international central defender Konate is available for the game.
The £36 million (Sky Sports) defender was part of the France squad at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Konate is now back at Liverpool, and the 23-year-old is in contention to play against Leicester.
Former Liverpool star Enrique does not want Klopp to start Konate against Leicester this evening.

Sensible
In our opinion, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp should not include Ibrahima Konate in the starting lineup against Leicester City.
As Enrique notes, it could result in an injury to the defender.
Liverpool should ease Konate back into club football, and we believe that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners will win against Leicester without him.
The Reds have a good enough defence without Konate to cope with a Leicester side who are not having the best of times at the moment.
