Some Arsenal fans on social media have been drooling over Cirjan Catalin after he posted a goal he scored in training on social media.
The Romanian 18-year-old is still waiting to get his Arsenal debut, but if he continues to perform like this in training, it surely won’t be long until the youngster catches Mikel Arteta’s eye.
To be fair, his strike in training was straight out of the top drawer, curling the ball with power into the top corner.
Dare we say this strike was Alexis Sanchez-esque? It was certainly reminiscent of the goal he scored in the Gunners’ 3-0 win at the Emirates over Manchester United back in 2015.
Of course, a goal in training is completely different to an in-game situation, but you still have to be a talented player to strike a ball that sweetly.
Fingers crossed we see Catalin get a chance sooner rather than later.
