Harry Kane has scored two more goals than Arsenal ace – but the Gunners star has netted his strikes from far fewer attempts.

Arsenal’s usage of star man Alexandre Lacazette has caused fury among fans with Arsene Wenger slated for benching him against Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Gunners spent £50 million on the Lyon ace in the summer and he is currently their top goalscorer.
Manager Arsene Wenger dare not bench him against Tottenham at the weekend and must give him a chance to go head to head with Spurs ace Harry Kane.

Kane may have scored two more Premier League goals than Lacazette this season, but the Arsenal star has been more lethal from his attempts on goal.
Lacazette’s six goals have come from 22 attempts, compared to Kane’s eight from 59.
This gives the Arsenal star a chance conversion rate almost exactly twice as good as Tottenham’s talisman.
| Team | Total Scoring Attempts | Goals | Scoring V Shooting Accuracy | Mins Played | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Harry Kane | Tottenham | 59 | 8 | 14% | 871 |
| Alexandre Lacazette | Arsenal | 22 | 6 | 27% | 751 |
Lacazette’s clinical finishing makes it even more laughable that Arsene Wenger chose to leave Lacazette on the bench for their two biggest games of the season.
If he is given the right service he can pose Tottenham real problems, but he also needs to work harder at getting into space and manufacturing goalscoring chances for himself like Kane does.
It has been a positive but low key start for Arsenal by the Frenchman, tempered only by Wenger, but if he can steal Kane’s limelight this weekend the the plaudits will start coming his way.
