Chelsea’s big money move for Alvaro Morata is a potentially significant boost for Scottish champions Celtic.

Morata is the big money striker Chelsea have been after, and one fans had been getting nervous about, having missed out on Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United.
High on their list was Celtic striker Moussa Dembele, with the Blues making an approach for him back in January, SkySports reported.
SkySport’s Kaveh Solhekol reported earlier this month that Chelsea are continuing to track the Frenchman.
Of the three teams mentioned, Chelsea are the only ones who can afford Celtic’s high asking price or likely tempt him away, unlike Marseille or West Ham.
So their move for Morata is potentially significant for Celtic’s hopes of keeping him this season for a second successive campaign.
Celtic just need to ensure they qualify for this season’s Champions League to keep him interested in sticking around.
