Leeds United lost against Derby County in the Championship on Saturday.
Leeds United head coach Garry Monk has explained to BBC Radio Leeds why he took Hadi Sacko off during the game against Derby County.
The Whites returned to action on Saturday afternoon when they took on Derby away from home in the Championship.
Sacko, who can play as a winger, attacking midfielder or striker, started the match at the iPro Stadium.
The 22-year-old Sporting Lisbon-owned youngster was taken off just before the hour mark and was replaced with Kemar Roofe, who is 23 years of age and can play as a winger or as a striker.
Monk has explained his decision to make the change, suggesting that Sacko was having a quiet game.
The Leeds head coach has also praised Roofe for his performance in the final 30 minutes or so of the match against Derby.
“I think Hadi had a more quiet game than he has been, so we made that change with Kemar,” Monk told BBC Radio Leeds. “I thought Kemar come on and done well.”

Leeds are 13th in the Championship table at the moment with 16 points from 12 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit are just four points behind Birmingham City, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
