Middlesbrough winger Viktor Fischer has been linked with a move to Celtic.
Garry Monk
Middlesbrough confirmed Garry Monk as their new manager on Friday afternoon, landing the former Leeds boss as the replacement for Aitor Karanka.
Karanka lost his job in March, and after Steve Agnew took the reins until the end of the season, the Boro board have now pounced for Monk after he handed in his resignation at Leeds in May.

Monk took Leeds to seventh place in the Championship this past season, missing out on a play-off place but making real progress at Elland Road, with the former Swansea boss rebuilding his reputation.
The 38-year-old must now assess a Middlesbrough squad which suffered relegation from the Premier League, with some players potentially in line to salvage their Boro careers under a new boss.
Viktor Fischer celebrates after scoring for Ajax
One such player should be Viktor Fischer, who joined the club from Ajax last summer with high expectations, having shown real promise during his time in the Netherlands, scoring 33 goals in 111 games for Ajax.
The Dane started just six Premier League games in a frustrating season, but did notch three assists as he showed some glimpses of his quality, with speculation now surrounding his future.

The Northern Echo report that Celtic are keen to land Fischer this summer, and whilst he would be a decent addition for the Bhoys, Monk should make the winger one of his priorities upon arrival at the Riverside Stadium.
Fischer has bags of skill and potential, and whilst injuries have set him back in recent years, Monk should focus on getting the best out of him and making him a star in the Championship, rather than selling him on to Celtic this summer.
