Reports suggest Massimo Cellino is already losing patience with the new Leeds United boss.
Leeds United manager Garry Monk
Leeds United fans have had plenty of reason to be excited this summer. The appointment of Garry Monk as manager looks to be a good piece of business by the club and they have made some great moves in the transfer market.
Teething problems were to be expected however. Leeds have struggled early on this season. The Yorkshire club have claimed just one point from their opening three Championship fixtures, courtesy of a late goal from Chris Wood v Fulham in midweek.

But Leeds chairman Massimo Cellino is not one to suffer teething problems – he would sooner extract the tooth.
The Mirror reported yesterday that the Italian is already considering sacking Monk, who is only on a one-year deal at the club, just four games into his Leeds career.

It would be yet another sacking from the Leeds owner – joining the likes of Brian McDermott, Dave Hockaday, Darko Milanic, Neil Redfearn, Uwe Rosler and Steve Evans on the Cellino scrapheap.

Leeds fans have reacted with predictable vociferation on Twitter, with many suggesting Monk’s sacking would be the final straw regarding supporting their beloved Leeds whilst Cellino is in charge.
Monk will need to ensure Leeds defeat Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday this weekend…
