The centre-back is back in form, with his defending at the other end just as impressive as the Whites kept a clean sheet.
Jansson was congratulated after the game by his former Torino teammate Kamil Glik.
The Poland international now plays for AS Monaco, and he exchanged messages with Leeds’ cult hero after the game.
Glik is a regular for Monaco, making 27 appearances for the Ligue 1 side already this season.
He would be a perfect partner for Jansson at the back at Leeds – but their chances of tempting his away are practically zero.
Jansson had a poor run of games before the international break and was dropped from the side.
Now he is back to his best and Leeds are rising up the table, now in seventh place, now one point back from the play-offs.
