Some Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their take on the reaction of Mohamed Salah after being taken off against Brighton and Hove Albion this afternoon.
Salah was in action for Liverpool in their Premier League game against Brighton away from home today.
The 28-year-old Egypt international forward started the match, but he was taken off in the 64 minute, four minutes after the Reds scored.
As reported by BBC Sport, the former Chelsea attacker did not look happy at all at being substituted and did not look at manager Jurgen Klopp as he passed the German on the touchline.
According to WhoScored, Salah took one shot which was not on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 81%, won one header, and took 28 touches.
Liverpool have had injury problems, and perhaps manager Klopp wanted to protect the 28-year-old, who had also tested positive for coronavirus last week.
