Celtic signed the 25-year-old Norway international on Friday.

Mohamed Elyounoussi has revealed that he sought the advice of Stuart Armstrong before signing for Celtic.
The Norway international became the sixth senior player to join Neil Lennon’s side this summer after his season-long loan from Southampton was confirmed on Friday night.
Elyounoussi played with former Celtic star Armstrong down South, and says that his team-mate, who played a huge role in the Hoops winning their first two trebles under Brendan Rodgers, advised him on his switch to Glasgow.
The 25-year-old, who cost the Saints £16 million last summer [BBC Sport], told the club’s official website: “I also spoke to Stuart Armstrong. Stuart told me about the facilities here, the squad at Celtic and also the city. I asked him where I should live and things like that, stuff outside of football, and he just had great things to say about Celtic.”
To say that Celtic boss Lennon could throw him in at the deep end is an understatement.
If Elyounoussi makes his debut today, it’ll be against Rangers at Ibrox in the most anticipated Old Firm derby for quite a few years.
There really isn’t a huge difference between Celtic and Rangers in terms of quality now, making it a fascinating clash, and time will tell whether Elyounoussi gets an early taste of the fixture.
