Newcastle United will face Aston Villa away from home in the Championship this coming weekend.

Newcastle United midfielder Mohamed Diame has told The Chronicle that winning against Aston Villa this coming weekend will not be easy.
The Magpies will take on Villa away from home at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday evening.
Diame, who is 29 years of age and joined Newcastle from Premier League club Hull City in the summer transfer window, has admitted that the match against the Villans will be a battle.

“Villa will be a battle,” Diame told The Chronicle. “We must treat every single game like that and stay focused on our job.”
Newcastle suffered a 2-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers at St. James’ Park in the Championship at the weekend.
Rafael Benitez’s side will be looking to bounce back on Tuesday evening when they take on Wolves at home in the third round of the EFL Cup.

The Magpies are in better form than the Villans at the moment and will head into the match at Villa Park as favourites.
Roberto Di Matteo’s side are 18th in the Championship table at the moment with eight points from as many matches.
Villa will head into the match against Newcastle on the back of a goalless draw with Ipswich Town away from home at Portman Road in the Championship.
