Moussa Sissoko has claimed on his Instagram story that Tottenham forward Heung-Min Son ‘misses me more than I miss him’
In the summer, Sissoko left Tottenham on a free transfer and joined newly-promoted Watford.
The 32-year-old has faced Tottenham on two occasions since, both 1-0 defeats, including on New Year’s Day.
It was Son who whipped in a dangerous free-kick that saw Davinson Sanchez head in a late winner at Vicarage Road.
After the game, Spurs fans were warmed to see both Sissoko and Son embrace one another at the full-time whistle.
And when the hard-hitting midfielder was asked whether he misses his former teammate, he issued this brilliant response.
“He misses me more than I miss him,” Sissoko wrote on his IG story.

Sissoko had a mixed time of it during his days in north London, especially when he first signed from Newcastle United.
When Spurs were going through their strongest period under Mauricio Pochettino, he struggled for form and consistency.
But, during the last 18 or so months of Pochettino’s reign, when things started to slide, that’s when Sissoko was at his best.
He may have left as a free transfer in the summer, but he was a popular figure with the club’s supporters and clearly with his teammates.
