Leeds United have not found it easy replacing star striker Chris Wood this season. The New Zealand international headed to Burnley in the summer and his replacement Pierre-Michel Lasogga has not managed to find consistency,
Whilst Kemar Roofe and Caleb Ekuban remain options, Leeds are being linked with plenty of names for the January transfer window.

So should they rekindle interest in a recent Europa League hero, who they have previously been linked with?
The player in question is Sehrou Guirassy. The Frenchman recently scored the winning goal as his team FC Koln defeated Arsenal in the Europa League.
It came after a good performance from the talented frontman, who is finding his feet in Germany after an injury hit campaign last term.

In June 2015 the West Yorkshire side were said to be leading the race to sign the striker from Stade Lavallois by French newspaper Ouest France.
Leeds ultimately missed out on the player, who ended up joining Lille that summer, but the 21-year-old could be a great option for January.
With Koln currently rooted to the bottom of the Bundesliga table, Guirassy is not out of reach for Leeds and could be exactly what they need in the striking department.
