Leeds United’s Ezgjan Alioski had a tough night for Macedonia.

Leeds United winger Ezgjan Alioski had a night he would rather forget on international duty.
His Macedonia side were thumped 4-0 by Armenia in a one sided game which had promised to be more competitive.
Alioski had led Macedonia to a win over Lichtenstein days earlier, scoring in the win, while Armenia had suffered a shock loss to Gibraltar.
Last night Alioski did not have the same success.
He had only one shot at goal in the defeat, which landed off target, and completed just 64 per cent of his passes, the lowest in the Macedonia team.

Alioski was also the only Macedonia player to be caught offside in the defeat.
Any extra confidence and momentum which he built up at the weekend to bring back to Leeds disappeared with last night’s loss.
The Whites take on Blackburn Rovers this weekend at Ewood Park. Alioski will be hoping for another turnaround in fortunes.
