According to reports from The Times, Everton have slapped a £100 million price tag on star striker, Romelu Lukaku.
The Toffees are braced for offers from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, but Everton believe their asking price will stave off interest in the Belgian.
Lukaku has enjoyed a phenomenal campaign for Everton this season, in which he scored 25 Premier League goals, but there is a growing feeling that he could leave the club.
Mino Raiola, Lukaku’s agent, is confident that interested clubs will make an offer for the Belgian. However, he admitted that they have not started concrete talks with any of the clubs yet.

The super agent claimed that Lukaku had a gentleman’s agreement that he could leave Everton if “certain clubs” meet his price-tag. It remains to be seen whether Chelsea or Manchester United are willing to smash the transfer record to secure his signature.
“Lukaku had a promise that if certain clubs came this summer that he could leave this summer,” Raiola told TalkSport.
“We are not in concrete talks with anybody at this moment, but hearing the market I think some clubs will contact Everton.

“If the price is right for Everton and the project is right for Lukaku then I think he will want to make another step, but we are not there yet.”
Lukaku, 24, refused to sign a contract extension in March, but Raiola says that the player holds a very good relationship with the Merseyside club.
The Times reports that Chelsea, who sold Lukaku to Everton in 2014, are keen to re-sign him. On the other hand, Jose Mourinho wants him to boost United’s attacking firepower, especially if he is without Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
