Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after Manchester City beat Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last night.
Goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez helped Pep Guardiola’s side overturn a 1-0 deficit to win 2-1 inside the Parc des Princes.
After full-time, a number of Leeds fans were quick to mention their outstanding 2-1 win at the Etihad Stadium on April 10th.
It was a phenomenal result at the time.
However, after seeing Manchester City deliver a simply incredible display in Europe, the Leeds fans have realised just how much it took to defeat this juggernaut of a side.
One fan said that the result has become even more mind blowing after watching the Citizens tear PSG apart in Paris.
Another joked that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are now better than Neymar, Kylian Mbappé and the rest of PSG’s star-studded side.

It really was a monumental win for Leeds at the Etihad Stadium.
It’s been 19 days since it happened, although we think it’s already been forgotten about too quickly by the footballing community!
Bielsa’s men didn’t just win. They had to do so with one less player than Manchester City, and somehow still came out on top.
Remarkably, Guardiola’s side have lost just five of their 54 games in all competitions this season.

Having drawn six, that means they’ve incredibly won 43 of those games.
For Leeds to have inflicted one of those five defeats is definitely something for those at Elland Road to be proud of.
Let’s see what the Leeds fans on Twitter have been saying after Manchester City’s 2-1 win over PSG…
