The 23-year-old has recovered from a groin injury and will be available to start at Vicarage Road, as reported by the Telegraph.
In his absence, James Milner played at right-back, and as Phil Foden proved during their 2-2 draw with Manchester City before the international break, it wasn’t plain sailing.
But Alexnader-Arnold is back, which is great news for the Anfield faithful, who are unbeaten this season.
And whilst that’s all positive for the Reds, they have seen some of their players pick up knocks whilst on international duty.
Diogo Jota has returned to Merseyside early after picking up a muscle injury for Portugal, as reported by Sky Sports.
Some Liverpool fans have joked that Milner, who is seen as a utility man, will now fill in for the forward if he can’t make it against the Hornets.
But, from Liverpool’s perspective, as long as they have got Mo Salah on the pitch, then you can get your bottom dollar he is going to score.
Salah has scored in every game this season, aside from Burnley, and with Alexander-Arnold back flying on the wing alongside him, there is no reason why he can’t continue to add to his tally.
The Egyptian speedster is the joint highest goalscorer this season, alongside Jamie Vardy, and he is steaming ahead for that Golden Boot, although it is early days yet.
