Rangers reportedly want Millwall defender.

Glasgow Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is keen on signing Millwall defender Mahlon Romeo, report The Express.
Romeo is a right-back with 35 appearances under his belt for Millwall this season.
While The Express reported Romeo will become a free agent in the summer, Millwall’s official website suggests this may not be the case.
Millwall stated last summer that Romeo signed a ‘long term’ contract, although did not specify it’s end date.
It’s unlikely long term means just one year.

Millwall are currently in a relegation battle, hoping to avoid the drop into League One.
Relegation is one thing which could help Rangers’ pursuit of Romeo.
Millwall fans have a mixed reaction to Rangers’ interest, questioning why they are after Romeo, and suggesting that they would have to pay big money to get him.
