Millwall fans hit back at Leeds criticism of their talisman striker.

Leeds United’s social media team are creating headlines of their own with a series of witty tweets. On this occasion Millwall fans were not amused.
Last month they derided One Direction singer Niall Horan and yesterday they mocked former striker Steve Morison.
The message was a response to a Nigel Farage tweet criticising the Government’s proposed Brexit agreement as ‘the worst deal in history’.
Leeds referred to their ill-fated swap deal with Norwich City in 2012 for Luciano Becchio and Steve Morison.
Becchio struggled at Norwich, and Morison was just as unsuccessful at Leeds.
Leeds sold Morison to Millwall in 2015 and he is still a regular for the Lions.

He has scored against Leeds since, helping Millwall to a 4-3 win at Elland Road earlier this year.
Millwall supporters were not impressed with the Leeds United twitter account’s ‘joke’, sticking up for the centre forward.
