Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has raved about Liverpool on the club’s official Twitter page.
The Gunners suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool away from home at Anfield in the Premier League on Monday evening.
Although Arsenal took the lead in the 25th minute, the Reds launched a comeback and picked up all three points in the end.
Arteta was impressed with the display produced by Jurgen Klopp’s side, and has raved about them, as shown below.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Anfield on Monday evening, hosts Liverpool had 66% of the possession, took 21 shots of which eight were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors Arsenal had 34% of the possession, took four shots of which three were on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
Encouraging for Arsenal
Although Liverpool were the better team, Arsenal did not give up and did make it hard for the Merseyside outfit.
True, it was a defeat in the end, but Arteta should be encouraged that his side took the lead and could have at least picked up a point had Alisson not made a brilliant save to deny Alexandre Lacazette when it was 2-1.
