It seems as if Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer of Catalin Cirjan, to the extent that he rates him as one of the most talented youngsters at Arsenal, as per a report by London World.
Cirjan, who joined the Gunners’ academy in 2019 has clearly been impressing the Spaniard, considering the number of incredible young players that the Premier League leaders have in their ranks.

Perhaps one reason why Mikel Arteta rates Catalin Cirjan as much as he does is because he is meant to be a potential heir to Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard, at least according to Football Fan Cast.
