Ally McCoist has said on BT Sport’s Scottish Football Extra that Steven Gerrard’s Rangers could sell reported Leeds United target Ryan Kent.
Kent was linked with a move from Rangers to Leeds last summer and is reportedly on the radar of the Premier League club again.
The Scottish Sun reported in April that Leeds made two bids for Kent last summer, with head coach Marcelo Bielsa desperate to have the former Liverpool winger in his squad.
It has been claimed that Leeds are planning to make an offer for the 24-year-old when the summer transfer window opens.
Rangers legend McCoist has said that if a big offer came in, then Rangers could sell Kent, adding that he thinks that the winger is worth at least £25 million.
McCoist said on BT Sport’s Scottish Football Extra, as transcribed by The Scottish Sun: “It might happen – if they get an unbelievable offer. That is the economics of football, we understand that totally.”
The Scotsman added: “£25 to £30million right now for Ryan Kent. Absolutely.”

Kent is a brilliant winger who has progressed and developed a lot at Rangers under manager Steven Gerrard.
The 24-year-old has scored eight goals and provided seven assists in the Scottish Premiership and scored two goals and gave two assists in the Europa League this season.
Rangers manager Gerrard is unlikely to be open to selling Kent, especially as he is an important player in the team and he will want the Gers to get into the Champions League this season.
