Mido says Tottenham ace Harry Kane is the best he’s seen in years

Former Tottenham hitman Mido was a guest this morning on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme (Wednesday November 28th, 10:45 am), and the Egyptian raved about the quality of Harry Kane, labelling him as one of the best he has seen in years.

The 25-year-old has been in sensational form for Spurs over the past few years, and has racked up an incredible 151 goals in 230 appearances in all competitions for the north London outfit.

Tottenham’s chance of winning major honours will depend heavily on Kane’s form between now and the end of the season.

Mido, who scored 19 goals for Spurs, admitted that he is a huge fan of the England international hitman.

The 35-year-old raved about Kane, labelling him as one of the best he has seen in years, when speaking during a guest appearance on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme:

“One of the best, yes. Southgate has played an important role in making him better. I really like Harry Kane, he’s a great striker, one of the best I have seen in years.”

Tottenham face Inter Milan in what is a must win Champions League clash tonight, and if they are to beat the Italians, Kane will surely have to be at his brilliant best.

The problem for Spurs is that Kane’s fine form is reportedly attracting attention from Real Madrid, and the more goals he scores, the harder is will be for them to resist the overtures of the Spanish giants.
