Middlesbrough sold Albert Adomah to Aston Villa back in 2016.

Middlesbrough fans have suggested that they want Albert Adomah back following his release at Aston Villa.
Adomah was not offered a contract extension by Dean Smith’s side following their promotion, despite playing a key role.
And Middlesbrough supporters think that Adomah could be a good addition to their team for next season.
Adomah spent three years with Boro before moving to Villa in 2016.
The Ghanian international scored 26 goals in 143 appearances during his first spell at the Riverside Stadium.
Adomah could offer Middlesbrough creativity from wide areas next season, and strengthening in those areas is likely to be a priority, following the departure of Stewart Downing.
Adomah scored four goals in 42 appearances for Villa last term, helping them to promotion.
