Everton-owned Muhamed Besic played well for Middlesbrough on Friday.

Middlesbrough fans were impressed with the performance of Everton-owned Muhamed Besic against Leeds United, as Boro got the better of Paul Heckingbottom’s side 3-0 at home on Friday evening.
Besic, who joined Middlesbrough on loan from Everton in the January transfer window, started the Championship match against Leeds and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The 25-year-old defensive midfielder produced a very accomplished performance, as Tony Pulis’s side got the better of the Whites 3-0 at the Riverside Stadium.

Middlesbrough fans seem to have taken to Besic, and if he continues to play well, then perhaps Boro could sign the Bosnia and Herzegovina international defensive midfielder on a permanent contract in the summer of 2018.
Besic joined Everton from Ferencvaros in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £4 million, but the defensive midfielder has failed to establish himself in the first team.
