George Saville joined Middlesbrough from Millwall on the final day before the loan window closed.

Middlesbrough have one of the strongest central midfield’s in the whole of the Championship, but manager Tony Pulis was keen to add bodies.
The Boro have added yet another midfielder, coming in the form of 25-year-old Millwall man George Saville, who joins on a loan deal.
Pulis’ side signed Paddy McNair and Muhamed Besic this summer and Saville becomes the third midfielder to link up with the Championship side – and Boro fans have taken to social media to react to the news.
Saville joins on an initial loan deal, with the Boro keen to get the deal over the line, but will sign permanently for a fee of around £8m in the January window.
Unlike the midfielders Boro currently have, Saville is a goal-scorer and even netted on 10 occasions in Millwall’s impressive 2017/18 Championship campaign.

The Northern Ireland midfielder has made five appearances in his nation’s colours, ranging from 2017 to present and many believe the player still has a lot to show in his career.
Saville played his youth football with Reading and Premier League giants Chelsea and has also played 50 games for Wolves, scoring on six occasions.
Saville will have to work to impress his new manager, with several other central midfield players on Boro’s books looking to make a name for themselves in the first-team setup.
