Former Middlesbrough forward Patrick Bamford starred for Leeds United against West Bromwich Albion on Friday.

Middlesbrough fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Patrick Bamford for Leeds United against West Bromwich Albion.
Bamford featured for Leeds in their Championship match against West Brom at Elland Road on Friday evening.
The 25-year-old forward scored twice for the Whites in their 4-0 win against the Baggies at home.
The former Nottingham Forest star has made five starts and seven substitute appearances in the Championship for the West Yorkshire outfit so far this campaign, scoring five goals and providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
Bamford joined Leeds from Championship rivals Middlesbrough in the summer of 2018 for an initial transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £7 million.
The win against the Baggies means that Leeds are now second in the Championship table with 67 points from 35 matches, two points behind leaders Norwich City and three points clear of third-placed Sheffield United, who have a game in hand.

Middlesbrough fans were impressed with the heroics of Bamford (but disappointed that the club sold him), and so was Arsenal legend Ian Wright, as shown in the following tweets.
