Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore is on Wolverhampton Wanderers’ wishlist, as they look to bring in new players.
Wolves are said to be confident of being able to agree a deal with Middlesbrough for the wide-man.
However, Pulis has suggested that Traore should stick it out at the Riverside Stadium and wait for a bigger move to become available.
He said: “I’ve told him, I think another season with us and he’ll get a top six club coming in, not just Premier League clubs,” Pulis said.
“If he plays as well as he did last year and even improves, he could have top six clubs coming in for him.
“He has to make the decision, listen to those around him, the people he respects.
“Then I will give him and the club will give him the respect, and everybody has to give him the respect he deserves as a human being to do what he feels is right for Adama Traore.
“But we’re doing our best to try and keep him here.”
Traore would offer Wolves searing pace, if he was to sign up at Molineux.
But the wide-man only really hit form for Middlesbrough last term, with his performances in English football otherwise inconsistent.
Traore has always had electric pace and brilliant dribbling skill, but often his final ball was lacking.
He appears to be putting things together at Boro now, but Wolves would be taking a risk on him, if they were to sign him this summer.
Wolves have already been busy this summer, but are believed to want at least two more additions before deadline day.
