Wolves are set to sign Middlesbrough’s Adama Traore.

Middlesbrough manager Tony Pulis has been talking about Adama Traore’s imminent transfer to Wolves.
Traore was not involved for Boro in their win over Sheffield United last night after undergoing a medical with Wolves yesterday. His transfer is expected to become official shortly.
Pulis told Teesside Live that the club had made Traore a lucrative offer to stay, but the winger’s mind was made up that he wanted to test himself in the Premier League.
He said: “We did offer Adama a contract and a very, very good contract but he wants to stretch himself.
“Listen, everybody wants to fulfil their own potential and to work and to play at the top level to work at the top level.”

Traore joined Boro from Aston Villa, who bought him from Barcelona.
His only season in the Premier League was Villa’s disastrous relegation season, and Traore’s injury problems meant he never really got started.
Wolves are giving him another chance and Traore would regret not being allowed to join Nuno Santo’s exciting side as they try to make a big impression on the top flight.
