The Senegal forward could be a good signing for teams in Qatar or the UAE.
Everton’s new signing Oumar Niasse is presented to the fans before the game
This summer saw Everton desperately try to get rid of their flop forward Oumar Niasse.
The Senegal international arrived at Everton in a deal reported by The Telegraph to be worth £13.5 million.
But he arrived injured and not ready for English football. He ended up playing just seven times and scoring no goals – failing to impress the Everton faithful as a sign of Roberto Martinez’s most recent failures at Goodison Park.
But despite being desperately close to a Galatasaray move Niasse remains, not in contention and without a squad number under Ronald Koeman.

Despite it looking like Niasse is set to remain at Everton until January, could there be a hero waiting in the Middle East?
The transfer window is shut across Europe but the windows in several countries in that particular region remain open.
Qatar and the United Arab Emirates have some extremely wealthy clubs and players from Africa have performed well in both countries in the past.
Niasse would get the chance to play regularly whilst Everton could shift his hefty wage-bill from the books.
A Middle Eastern move would be perfect for all parties involved.
