Everton boss Ronald Koeman is under a huge amount of pressure at Goodison Park.

Micky Quinn has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show on TalkSPORT, which was broadcast on 19th October, that he would have been fuming if he was an Everton player and heard Ronald Koeman’s comments about his squad’s fear.

Koeman recently suggested that Everton’s players were playing with nerves, and that was limiting their capabilities on the pitch.

And Quinn feels that the Dutch manager’s comments would have done little to raise morale around Goodison Park.

“If I was an Everton player, and the manager said I was scared to pass the ball, I’d certainly curl my lip up a bit,” Quinn said.
