The Liverpool striker grew up near Aston Villa territory in Birmingham.

Micky Quinn has tipped the Liverpool striker, Daniel Sturridge, for a move to Aston Villa.
Sturridge is expected to leave at the end of his Liverpool contract this summer, while Aston Villa may be without the services of their on-loan Chelsea frontman, Tammy Abraham, next season.
And Quinn, the Reds-supporting ex-Newcastle United striker, suggested via Talksport that the pair would be a perfect match.
Discussing Aston Villa’s need for offensive additions after the club’s return to the Premier League, the Geordie said: “Here’s one name for you… a certain Mr Sturridge. Back in Birmingham. On a free transfer.
“I’ll just toss that in there for the Villa fans to think about.”
Sturridge was born in Birmingham and spent time in Aston Villa’s youth system, before switching to Coventry City.

But it was at Manchester City that the 29-year-old made his breakthrough, later joining Chelsea and Liverpool.
He returned to his roots 18 months ago, signing a half-season loan deal with West Bromwich Albion.
Sturridge boasts an impressive record at Premier League level, scoring 77 goals in 218 appearances.
