Tottenham Hotspur won 2-0 against Swansea City in the Premier League on Tuesday.

Tottenham Hotspur climbed to fifth spot in the Premier League table after winning 2-0 against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday.
Mauricio Pochettino left Harry Kane on the bench, and gave Fernando Llorente the start against his former club.
The Spaniard scored in the 12th minute after heading home from Christian Eriksen’s cross, although he appeared to be in an offside position.

Swansea created several good chances, but Spurs killed any hopes of a revival when Dele Alli scored in the 89th minute from a swift counter-attack initiated by Kane.
With that result, Spurs have now won three Premier League games in a row. Swansea, on the other hand, suffered their first defeat under new manager Carlos Carvalhal, and they stay rooted at the bottom of the table, four points adrift of safety.
The visitors enjoyed 68% of possession and registered five shots on target during the course of 90 minutes, according to BBC Sport.

Former Spurs player, Micky Hazard, has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his reaction after the game. He tweeted:
Spurs will face West Ham in their next Premier League game on Thursday.
