Micky Hazard was heavily impressed with Christian Eriksen’s performance against Newcastle United.
Tottenham Hotspur started the 2017/18 Premier League campaign on a high note after winning their opening game 2-0 against Newcastle United at St James’ Park.
Dele Alli and Ben Davies scored for Spurs in the second half, with Christian Eriksen being the provider for both the goals.

The Magpies kept the game cagey and tight in the first half, but the game opened up after Jonjo Shelvey was sent off for standing on Alli.
Former Tottenham player, Micky Hazard, took to social networking site Twitter to shower praise on Eriksen, saying the Danish international was “superb” during the game.
Indeed, Eriksen was at his creative best on Sunday, producing three key passes during the course of the game, as per whoscored.com.
He made 67 passes throughout the game, with an enviable 91% passing accuracy.

Hazard also praised Kyle Walker-Peters, who made a strong impression on his senior debut. He was solid at the back, and was equally brave in joining the attack.
How good has Kyle Walker played today, great to see him playing with a smile on his face, well played Walker Peters COYSSS
