Sunderland are currently in 23rd place in the Championship table, and there are genuine concerns that back-to-back relegations is a real possibility.
And Gray feels that Sunderland are in total disarray now, following Grayson’s sacking.
Who Sunderland will turn to next is not clear, but it will be a vital that they get their next appointment right.
Sunderland simply cannot waste any more time searching for the winning formula, as they have to get points on board to escape out of the drop zone in the Championship.
