West Ham winger is working on his recovery.

West Ham winger Michail Antonio working hard as he steps up his recovery from injury.
The former England international posted a picture of him in the gym showing that he is pushing himself as hard as he can.
Sharing an uplifting message, Antonio says there is ‘no stopping’ him.
Antonio suffered a hamstring injury in early September in the Carabao Cup win over Newport County. The Hammers were eliminated a round later.
The winger’s injury required surgery, the club website reported.
Premier Injuries report there is no current scheduled return date for Antonio.
His message shows he is optimistic, perhaps that he could be back before the end of 2019.
With West Ham sitting in the top half of the table, it’s understandable Antonio wants to return as quickly as possible to help his team kick on.
