Reported Leeds United target Keiren Westwood was back in action for Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

Michael Vaughan has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Sheffield Wednesday’s win against Preston North End and has also praised reported Leeds United target Keiren Westwood.
Wednesday got the better of Preston 1-0 at the Hillsborough Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon, thanks to Chelsea-owned central defender Michael Hector’s goal on 62 minutes.
Lee Bullen was in charge of the match for the Owls, and former England international cricketer Vaughan – who is a well-known Wednesday fan – was delighted with the win.
Vaughan was also pleased to see Westwood back in the Wednesday team, and believes that the 34-year-old is the best goalkeeper in the Championship.

The match against Preston was Westwood’s first in the Championship this season, having been frozen out by now-departed Wednesday manager Jos Luhukay.
According to The Mirror (print edition, page 53, December 11, 2018), the former Sunderland goalkeeper is set to join Leeds on a free transfer (click here to read more), but given that the 34-year-old is back in the Wednesday team, maybe that move will not happen.
