Glasgow Rangers midfielder Carlos Pena failed to play well against Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership at the weekend.

Pena featured for Rangers in the Scottish Premiership game against Celtic at Ibrox at the weekend.
The Mexico international midfielder started the Old Firm derby on Saturday afternoon and played for 53 minutes.
Rangers did not concede in the first half, but Pedro Caixinha’s side shipped in two goals in the second period to lose the match 2-0.
Tom Rogic and Leigh Griffiths scored the goals for Celtic against Rangers at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.
Stewart, who was at Rangers as a youth before moving to Manchester United, was far from impressed with the performance of Pena for the Gers against the Bhoys.

“But in Carlos Pena, he fielded a player in the No 10 position who looked like he couldn’t run,” the 36-year-old wrote in The Scottish Sun. “The Mexican was all over the place.
“He was YARDS short of the Celtic midfielders, who were quicker and sharper. Pena was like a man down. He basically contributed nothing and for £2.5m, that is nowhere near good enough.
“The midfielder looks unfit but, if he was a midfield magician, Rangers could get away with playing him.
“If he was opening defences up all the time, you could overlook his physical issues. Yet Pena didn’t ever look capable of hurting Celtic. He was terrible.”

Pena joined Rangers from Guadalajara in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £2.5 million.
The Mexico international arrived at Ibrox with a strong reputation, but the former Leon midfielder has yet to hit top form for the Gers.
