Celtic won against Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers at Ibrox in the Old Firm derby at the weekend and will face Anderlecht in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Scottish Premiership giants Celtic will take on Belgian powerhouse Anderlecht away from home at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Champions League Group B on Wednesday evening.
Brendan Rodgers’s side will head into the match against Anderlecht on the back of a 2-0 victory over Rangers at Ibrox in the Old Firm derby at the weekend.

Celtic failed to breach the Gers’ citadel in the first half, but the Hoops scored twice in the second half to pick up all three points from the Scottish Premiership game against Pedro Caixinha’s side.
Former Newcastle United striker Owen believes that Celtic should character against Old Firm rivals Rangers on Saturday afternoon.
The former England international has also backed the Glasgow giants to pick up at least a point from their match against Anderlecht in Belgium on Wednesday evening.

“Realistically, with both Bayern Munich and PSG in the group, these two sides are likely to be playing for Europa League football in the New Year and it’s interesting to see BetVictor make the Belgium side odds-on to come out on top on Wednesday,” Owen wrote on betvictor.com.
“I thought Brendan Rodgers’ side showed great character in Saturday’s 2-0 defeat of Rangers in the Old Firm derby and expect them to leave Anderlecht with a point at the very least.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Celtic Double Chance at 3/4.”
