Michael Owen has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Manchester City striker Erling Haaland banging in a hat-trick against Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United in the Manchester derby.
Haaland scored three goals, as Manchester City hammered Manchester United 6-3 at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
The Norway international striker, who moved to defending English champions City from Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window, found the back of the net in the 34th, 37th and 64th minute.
The 22-year-old also provided two assists for City.
Haaland has now scored 14 goals in eight Premier League appearances for City so far this season.
The youngster has given three assists in the league so far this season.
Haaland has taken to the Premier League like a duck to water.
Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen was following the match, and he was hugely impressed by Haaland, as you can see from his tweet below.
The pundit believes that it is almost unfair that City have a player like Haaland who gives them a massive advantage.
