Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen has predicted on Betvictor.com that Arsenal will fail to win against West Bromwich Albion this weekend.

Arsenal will take on West Brom away from home at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Owen believes that the North London outfit will fail to pick up all three points from the encounter.

“Tony Pulis has lost only one of his last six Premier League home games with Arsenal and I expect to see his side bounce back after a couple of disappointing performances in recent weeks,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.

“The Gunners have lost three of their last four PL games and cannot afford any more slip-ups – such is there recent form I expect to see the Baggies get something from the game.”

A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: West Brom Double chance (draw or win) 11/10.”

Arsenal are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment and could end up outside the Champions League places this season.

The Gunners’ recent form has been disappointing, although they did win 5-0 against Lincoln City at the Emirates Stadium in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup last weekend.

The North London outfit lost 3-1 to Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League at the start of the month before getting blown away 5-1 by Bayern Munich at home in the second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie.

West Brom are doing well this season and could end up as high as seventh in the Premier League.

The Baggies, though, have to step up their game against Arsenal. Tony Pulis’s side have lost their last two Premier League matches – 2-0 to Crystal Palace at The Hawthorns and 3-0 to Everton away from home at Goodison Park.
