Sunderland and Liverpool will face each other in the Premier League on Monday.
Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen has predicted on Betvictor.com that Liverpool will win against Sunderland on Monday afternoon.
Liverpool will take on Sunderland away from home at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League in a few hours’ time.
“David Moyes will not want Liverpool to hit his Sunderland side on the break, but that is easier said than done such is the flair, pace and creativity in this current Reds side,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com. “I expect the Reds to take the points.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation; Liverpool to win and both teams to score at 2/1.”

Sunderland will head into the match against Liverpool on the back of a 4-1 defeat to Burnley away from home at Turf Moor in the Premier League.
That defeat to the Clarets followed a 3-1 loss at the hands of Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford in the league.
David Moyes’s side are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with 14 points from 19 matches.

Meanwhile, Liverpool currently find themselves second in the standings with 43 points from 19 matches, six points behind leaders Chelsea.
The Merseyside outfit will head into this afternoon’s match against Sunderland on the back of a 1-0 victory over Manchester City at Anfield in the Premier League.
Despite being the visiting team, Liverpool should be able to pick up all three points from this afternoon’s encounter with relative ease.
