Newcastle United and Stoke City will face each other in the Premier League this weekend.

The Magpies will take on Stoke City at St. James’ Park in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Former Newcastle and Stoke striker Owen, who now works as a pundit for BT Sport, believes that the match will end in a draw.

“The hosts will be looking to win three PL games on the run for the first time in nearly three years, but Stoke are unbeaten in their last four and will be hard to beat – I believe they will get a point at St James’s Park,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Game to finish in a draw at 9/4.”

Newcastle started the 2017-18 Premier League season badly, but Rafael Benitez’s side are in good form at the moment.
The Magpies have won their last two Premier League matches – 3-0 against West Ham United at St. James’ Park and 1-0 against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.
Playing at home will give the Magpies an advantage, and one should not be surprised if Benitez’s side do pick up all three points from the encounter.
Stoke, though, do have a better team than Newcastle, and manager Mark Hughes will know that his players do have it in themselves to win the match this weekend.
