Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester City will finish in the Premier League top four, according to Michael Owen.

Michael Owen has predicted on Twitter that Liverpool will win the Premier League title this season.

The former Liverpool and Manchester United striker has also backed Tottenham Hotspur to finish in the top four of the league table this campaign.

Owen believes that Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City will finish second, and that Chelsea will end up in the top four.

The way Liverpool are playing at the moment and their current position in the Premier League table does suggest that they are the favourites for the title.

However, City should not be written off just yet, as the Citizens do have one of the best squads in England.

Guardiola is a serial winner, and the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich head coach will have a plan to close the gap between themselves and Liverpool.

As for Chelsea and Tottenham, the two London clubs are going strongly and quietly about their business.

Spurs will still fancy their chances of catching Liverpool, while the Blues will be happy with a finish in the top four.

Manchester United and Arsenal, though, will also fancy their chances of finish in the Champions League places.
