Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United will face each other in the Premier League this weekend.

England's Harry Kane

Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen has predicted on Betvictor.com that Harry Kane will score for Tottenham Hotspur against West Ham United this weekend.

Tottenham will return to action on Saturday evening when they take on West Ham at White Hart Lane in the Premier League.

Star striker Kane is likely to start for Spurs in the North London derby, having recently recovered from ankle ligament injury.

Former Newcastle man Owen believes that the England international will score for Tottenham.

“Spurs are the only unbeaten side in the division, but they are also without a win in seven games in all competitions and they need to get back to winning ways if they are to mount a serious title threat,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.

“The Hammers have only won one of their last 15 PL visits to the Lane and I don’t see them improving on that moderate record in Saturday’s early evening kick-off.

“Spurs missed Harry Kane but the England international was back among the goals at the Emirates last time; I expect him to find the back of the Hammers net.”

A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Harry Kane to score at anytime at 20/23.”

Kane is one of the best strikers in the Premier League, and the 23-year-old will fancy his chances of scoring against West Ham.

The Hammers are struggling at the moment, and playing at home will certainly give Spurs an advantage.

It is hard to see Slaven Bilic’s side pick up all three points from the encounter at White Hart Lane, but the Hammers do have the quality to earn a draw.

Kane has scored three goals and created eight chances in six Premier League appearances for Tottenham so far this season.
