Former Newcastle United striker Owen has backed Lacazette to score for the Gunners.
The 26-year-old striker has scored four goals in seven Premier League starts for Arsenal so far this season.
The France international joined the North London outfit from Ligue 1 outfit Lyon in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £46.5 million.
Owen has also commented on the current situation of Everton manager Ronald Koeman.
Koeman is under pressure at the moment due to the Toffees’ disappointing start to the season.
Everton are struggling to pick up wins, having been expected to challenge for a top-four finish in the Premier League at the start of the season.

“He could be fighting for his job on Sunday afternoon with Everton 3/1 underdogs when hosting Arsenal on Merseyside.
“Neither side has been convincing this term but Arsene Wenger’s side remain blessed with a wealth of attacking options in the final third and their new talisman Alexander Lacazette is fancied to score on his debut at Goodison.”
